Your goal should be to post 2-3 times a week. Posting more than that is great! But you have a lot of other things to focus on for your business and your time is valuable. This is suppose to be free, remember?
I would suggest posting at least once during the week. I never want a good meal more than when I'm stuck at work on a Thursday. Your posts won't likely turn people out the day they go live, you should plant the seed before plans are made. |

Always add hashtags when you post to help potential followers and customers find you. When users search for a hashtag, your post may appear alongside other visuals with the same tags.

Think about what people might be searching for when they come across your posts. If you’re a burger join, think about hashtags like #burger or #cheeseburger. Things like #burgerandfries have a lot fewer posts. Keep in mind that more specific hashtags will reach a more targeted audience.

When posting always use your business’s location tag, so potential customers can find out where to visit you. The entire purpose is to get people to come to your establishment.
